Admission maintenance
1. Maintenance personnel should keep in mind the structure of the lift-type high-pole light and the purpose of maintenance.
2. Operators wear work clothes and safety helmets, and obey the dispatch of the on-site commander. The maintenance personnel on the lamp panel should wear safety belts and a long rope, so that they can be lifted and transported when there is a lack of tools.
3. Clean up the site, set up a cordon, and prohibit people and vehicles from passing and staying within 30 meters.
4. Lower the lamp panel, and the lifting and lowering of the high pole lamp should be operated by professionals.
5. Remove the power wiring.
6. Use a crane to hang the light pole and remove the anchor bolts. Place the light pole horizontally on the ground for inspection and replacement.
7. After the maintenance and replacement work is completed, lift and install the fixed light pole.
8. Power supply wiring. Before connecting the power supply, check the power supply line of the motor, the grounding line and the electrical connection of the control equipment, etc., and whether the connection is firm and reliable.
9. After lifting and lowering the light panel twice, check whether there is any abnormality in each part. The lifting and lowering of the lamp panel should be in accordance with: (1) The lifting system is flexible in transmission, and the smooth lifting speed is less than 0.2 m/s; (2) The automatic hook is flexible and free, and the limit switch is accurate and reliable.

 11. Check the cable connections of various electrical equipment in the light panel. (1) Check whether the interconnected cables and junction boxes are damaged; (2) Check whether the connection points of the power cables are in firm and good contact, and whether the wiring is loose, cracked, damaged, or disconnected. No looseness, burns, short circuits, etc.
