1. Before the operation, a cordon should be set up in the area affected by the fall of heavy objects, and the construction unit will send special personnel to stand guard, prohibiting irrelevant personnel from entering the cordoned area.
2. Before the lifting operation, the car parked on the road on the east side of the high pole light will be driven away in the gangue work area.
3. Construction personnel must obey the management of the gangue construction area, and are prohibited from entering the machine room in the construction area and places unrelated to their own operations.
4. Before hoisting the high-pole light, personnel in the winch room and office flat should be evacuated to a safe area. Set up a cordon and special personnel to stand guard to prohibit people and vehicles from entering.
5. Special personnel are required to supervise the hot work. After the work is completed, it is confirmed that there is no fire hazard before leaving.
6. The lifting process is operated by one person, and at least one person is supervised. At work, you must concentrate, and you must not talk or play at will. Idlers and other people on the lifting site must not enter the range of 15 meters away from the pole. The operator and guardian must be 5 meters away from the pole during the lifting process. If problems are found, they should be carefully solved to prevent various accidents.

Preparation before maintenance
1. Familiar with drawings, clear requirements, prepare materials and tools.
2. Check whether the mechanical parts are normal and intact. For example, whether the connection bolts of various components are firmly combined, whether the bearings are lubricated, and the worn parts should be replaced in time.
3. Check whether the grounding system of the motor is reliable. If the rust is serious, rust removal should be carried out.
4. Check the worm gear reducer, safety coupling and clutch. Remove grease and add gear oil. Check the wear of the worm gear and the gear should be replaced when the gear is thin or grooved. Safety couplings must not be loosened or adjusted easily.
5. Carefully check that the lock nut buckle of the wire rope should not have defects such as broken heads and loose sleeves, and the wire rope itself should not have bias, loose strands, broken wires, hard injuries, dents, rust and obvious wear and tear. Pay special attention to the rope divider and the wire rope clamps. In order to prevent the wire rope from rusting and reduce the wear between the wire rope and between the wire rope and the reel and pulley, the anti-rust grease can be applied to the wire rope with a stiff brush.
6. Check the limit switch and check whether the power cable is under pressure, clamped or damaged.
